1. Acceptance

By accessing or using errbits.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to articles, course curriculum, lesson text, code samples, diagrams, site structure, UI design, and pedagogical methodology — is the exclusive property of ErrBits, a registered business in India, and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell any content from this Site.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or extract paid or gated content by automated means.
• Personal, non-commercial reference use of free articles is permitted with attribution.

3. AI Agent & Automated Crawling Policy

Free content (permitted for AI agents): The following pages are open to AI crawlers, LLM indexing agents, and automated tools for the purpose of answering user queries and knowledge retrieval:

Always prohibited regardless of content type:

• Using any ErrBits content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI/ML models.
• Replicating the course structure, curriculum design, or pedagogical flow of ErrBits Studio.
• Using AI tools to summarise or restructure ErrBits content for redistribution.
• Crawling by data scrapers and resellers including: CCBot, Bytespider, Diffbot, SemrushBot, AhrefsBot, and derivatives.

4. Paid Content & Access Validity

Paid course content is licensed to individual users only. Sharing login credentials, forwarding course materials, or providing access to third parties is prohibited. Payments are processed via Razorpay and are non-refundable once course access is granted, except where required by law.

Access validity: Upon purchase, access to the unlocked track is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, or for as long as your ErrBits account remains active — whichever is longer. An account is considered active if you have signed in at least once in the preceding 12 months. ErrBits reserves the right to terminate access to accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months following the expiry of the access period.

ErrBits will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any access expiry. Content updates and new steps added to a track you have already purchased will be available to you at no additional charge within the same access period.

5. User Conduct

• You may not attempt to bypass authentication or access paid content without a valid purchase.
• You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer

Content is provided for educational purposes. ErrBits makes no warranty that course content is error-free or complete. Code examples are illustrative and may require modification for production use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ErrBits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or any product or service offered under the ErrBits brand shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Siwan, Bihar, India. No other court or tribunal — whether in any other State of India or in any foreign jurisdiction — shall have jurisdiction to entertain such proceedings. By using this Site, you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts at Siwan, Bihar.

9. Changes to These Terms

ErrBits reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the Site, new features, changes in applicable law, or for any other reason.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, we will also notify registered users via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before significant changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
